"About here, I look in my mirror to see him speeding up and staring into my car."

"So I slow down and move back over because I'm just trying to go home from work and not race idiots.

"He lets another car pass with no issue."

But things got even worse when the driver decided to slow again and block Alexa from overtaking.

"He slows down again, so I decide to try and overtake again. And boom, speeds up again and won't let me pass," she said.

The driving practice can be penalised under driving rules as it can pose a risk to other drivers.

The Highway Code reads: "Speeding up or driving unpredictably while someone is overtaking you is dangerous.

"Drop back to maintain a two-second gap if someone overtakes and pulls into the gap in front of you.

"Do not hold up a long queue of traffic, especially if you are driving a large or slow-moving vehicle."

The video has already amassed thousands of views and more than 1,700 likes from fellow drivers.

It comes as a recent study revealed the UK areas with the worst drivers has been revealed.

A poll of 2,000 motorists saw more than half across the country admit that they do not consider themselves "good" behind the wheel.

The study by CarMats.co.uk found that 52% of people aren't confident in their skills.

Meanwhile, locals revealed their terror at living in a town with some of the worst drivers in the UK – and they're too scared to get behind the wheel.
