A DRIVER has been charged after police discovered a Bond-style stealth device on his luxury performance car.
Cops spotted a black Porsche Panamera 4S that appeared to be driving without a number plate.
But when a police officer looked closely at the sportscar, they realised the driver was using a number plate concealing device.
According to cops, it's a black retractable cover that blocks the licence plate from view and can be concealed by pressing a button in the cabin.
Halton police confirmed that the driver was stopped last Sunday (May 7),around 7pm, on a roadway in Halton Hills, Ontario.
The unnamed driver was given two £87 tickets – one for having an obstructed plate and the other for not having a licence plate, CTV News Toronto reports.

But, the driver could face additional charges if it's found that he was using the device to avoid paying tolls or speed fines.
Ontario Highway Traffic Act says: "The entire number plate, including the numbers, is plainly visible at all times, and the view of the number plate shall not be obscured or obstructed by spare tires, bumper bars, any part of the vehicle, any attachments to the vehicle or the load carried."
Police uploaded a video of the car on Twitter, and it has had more than 67,500 views.
Commenters were blown away after watching the footage on social media.
