With your usual good luck, the next morning in the shop, you run into your brother Bobby. S still in the basement putting away some of the things he bought last night. M here to talk to you about the new job opening up at the store.

Roe: You really think the Times would publish such a piece. Roe: They havent published anything I wrote. OBrien: Well, their readers would find it offensive. OBrien: Its the truth, and its what they want you to say. I dont get assigned shit from the New-York Times and I dont write opinion pieces for their opinion pages. OBrien: Well why should you trust them. I also trust our history here in America. I think weve been the beacon of peace in the world and thats why I trust them. I also dont trust these people that are going to run our country. OBrien: Im not sure who youre talking about. Roe: I dont like either of those two choices and I dont like where this country is going and I dont like where its going. Its only gotten worse since 911 and I dont see how it can get any worse. OBrien: Well, there is one positive possibility. But I dont think any of that is an option for you. OBrien: Because its not going to get any easier. Our government has already made it harder on most of us. Most people are just going to have to accept that things arent going to get better and that were basically screwed. We need to get this thing back on track. Roe: I cant get my head around the idea that were screwed. I mean how could this country be screwed when America was the beacon of freedom and justice in the world before. And America hasnt just stuck around for us, its helped build this country. OBrien: I can see this is a good opportunity for you. You actually think you could win.
