Martin Roberts, 59, has been an anchor on Homes Under the Hammer since the show started back in 2003. Travelling the country for his job and viewing hundreds of homes, the TV presenter lives in the village of Paulton, according to SomersetLive. Paulson is a large village and civil parish, located to the north of the Mendip Hills, very close to Norton-Radstock in the unitary authority of Bath and North East Somerset.
Paulton is a former coal-mining village and the name is thought to have derived from the word “peall” meaning village on the hillside.
According to Rightmove, properties in Paulson had an overall average price of £277,068 over the last year.
The majority of sales in the village during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £269,053.
Terraced homes sold for an average of £261,750, while flats fetched £148,556.
Overall, sold prices in the village were five percent up on the previous year and 17 percent up on the 2019 peak of £236,473.
At the time of writing, there are just 22 homes for sale in the village on Rightmove.
This includes both detached, semi-detached homes and bungalows, showing that the village has plenty of different homes on offer.
The most expensive home on the market in Paulton is currently on sale for £800,000 which offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

There are also beautiful walks in and around the village and some of historical interest too.
Surrounding villages include Midsomer Norton, Farmborough and Radstock.

There is lots to do in Bath including visiting the Roman baths, seeing The Royal Crescent and enjoying the various restaurants and bars.

Weybridge is a town in the Borough of Elmbridge in Surrey.
It is situated around 17 miles southwest of central London, perfect for commuters.
It offers a great mix of town living and beautiful countryside. Properties in Weybridge had an overall price of £1,006,694 over the last year, according to Rightmove.
Weybridge is also home to one of the most exclusive gated estates in the country, St George’s Hall.
As well as acting as a haven for the rich and famous, it boasts its own golf course and lawn tennis club.
