I left scathing notes on my neighbour’s car after they parked in front of my house – it’s sparked a major feud | The Sun

A MAJOR feud has been sparked after an infuriated woman left scathing notes on her neighbour's car after they parked in front of her house.

The squabble came to a head after Roza McQueen spent months fighting for her street to be resurfaced by the local council in Drummoyne, Australia.

Eventually council workers did rock up to resurface the road but because the parked car was in the way, they worked around it.

It meant the whole street looked slick except for Roza's section, which remained in a worn out state.

The Sydney woman was enraged and took to social media, sharing a photo of a note she left for the driver she sarcastically labelled a "legend".

The sign on the car's front windscreen read: "Wow you're such a legend.

"Park in front of your home."

Roza also left a second note on the car's rear window that read: "Thank you for parking your car here when roadworks were scheduled.

However, the frustrated woman said the passive aggressive notes weren't the first she left.

Earlier that week, the council had alerted her that section of the street would not be fixed if the car wasn't moved.

She told 2GB Radio: "The first sign was a warning to move the car, they're coming on Thursday.

"I gave them a week's notice and it's still there.

"It's a disaster, it's ridiculous."

Roza contacted the council and pleaded for her section to be redone but was left in despair.

She said: "I rang the council, they said 'oh no, that's not good' and I said 'yeah it's not, I want it fixed' but even if they do fix it there's still going to be a patch.

"We've been waiting for this for a really, really long time.

"They've resurfaced it, re-patched it for months on end and finally the day came."

People on social media threw their support behind Roza, scorning the ignorant neighbour.

"I would have paid a towing company $500 to impound it," one said.

"I'm with Karen," a second said.

"Cannot blame her, she takes pride in where she lives… slobs would not understand the principle of this," another said.
