Woman makes $19,000 thanks to party side hustle
One mum is revealing how she became a self-made millionaire by the age of 40 and how others can too.
Maureen Pound, 54, from Melbourne, Australia broke down the five things she did to become rich which others can take on.
The mother-of-tow highlighted how she formulated a strategy and stuck to it which involved not living in her biggest real estate asset.
Ms Pound made the decision to rent out her three-bedroom £159,251.74 property in Melbourne which she instead rents out.
She rents out the property for £1,120.36 per month but originally started as a secondary school teacher before investing in real estate.

Following her career in education, Ms. Pound turned to the corporate world and started saving to buy properties.
Becoming a millionaire by 39, the entrepreneur uses her real estate empire to grow her wealth.
The businesswoman now owns five homes and earns around £71,956.39 a year from renting them out.
Full-time, Ms Pound is currently the director of a virtual assistant company but is happy to share with others how they can get rich too.

She explained: “If you want to become a millionaire you have to be brave and take action – if you take action you work things out.
“I feel very strongly about GenY and GenZ, I feel that every generation blames the generations above them but I think they can do it too – younger generations can achieve a lot with their money.
“I still live in a rental to this day and I have these other properties.
“If you’re a millennial saying ‘oh no, the properties are too expensive’ my friend – who is a millennial – just bought one in Queensland so stop going for the top of the market and get yourself in the market.”
