A WOMAN has converted her van into a motorhome in a year for less than £5K, all while working full time.

The video was uploaded to Youtube by Vanvistas and viewers are surprised she managed to combine a full-time job and convert her van.

Former BBC journalist Kat decided to convert her Vauxhall Movano van into a motorhome and travel around the world.

She is currently on a tour with her boyfriend around Spain.

"It took me around 12 months to convert my van alongside my full-time job.

"I have spent more than six months travelling and I am pleased with everything," said Kate in her Youtube video.

A keen surfer, she also has all her surf gear up on the van's ceiling out of the way.
