A king is only allowed the use of violence when a, it is necessary, or b, to maintain peace. A king is not permitted to take part of the surplus for his personal use. The common people have rights to food and other necessities, provided that the king complies with the law. A king is not obliged to provide these as a right of the common people, but must do so on their behalf. In the old days, the common folk had a council and this council ruled right and wrong on its own. The king then obeyed this council and the people obeyed the king. But with the development of the kingship, this council has been transformed into a political body, which is no longer a political body but a political-religious body. A king who does not conform to these principles is to be overthrown by a political body. A king who does conform to these principles is to be overthrown by a religious body. Such a body is the Church of England, the political-religious body of the monarchies. The kingship, although it remains, is still under divine law and all that the people are required to do is submit to this law. A king who acts in a manner contrary to this law is to be overthrown by a political body. A king who acts in a manner in accord with this law, is to be overthrown by a religious body. The Church of Englands stated aim is to transform the British monarch from a symbol of the monarchy to a representative of the nation. The Church of England has no problem whatsoever in turning a nation into a church or an individual into a symbol of the nation or of the church. They are not troubled by the fact that a Christian monarch is merely a symbol, who can be easily removed from his position by the same kind of process by which any other citizen can be removed through the exercise of the democratic process. The reason why the Church of England has no problem with a monarch who is a symbol of the nation, is the same reason why the United States does not have a problem with a symbol of its nation, namely, because the monarch is no longer a representative of the nation, but is simply a symbol of the church. The Church of England is attempting to turn the United States into a Church of England nation, and the United States, though an independent nation, is just as much a church as England. The Church of England teaches its own Bible by the rule of faith and by the rule of the Scriptures. It teaches this Bible by the rule of reason and by the rule of the Scriptures. It teaches this Scripture by the rule of experience and by the rule of the Scriptures.
