TV presenter and actress Cat Deeley is best known for hosting talent competition shows Fame Academy, Stars in Their Eyes and So You Think You Can Dance. The 45-year-old, who was born in West Bromwich, but has spent many years in Los Angeles in the US. In 2012, Cat married comedian and television presenter Patrick Kielty in Rome. The couple now have two children together, Milo and Jack.

The TV presenter lived in LA for 14 years before moving back to the UK in 2020.

She bought her LA home for an eye-watering £2.1million in 2006 with her husband.

The home was listed on the sales market for a jaw-dropping £3.8million in late 2020.

The LA property was a stunner with white walls, wooden floors and an endless beige sofa that curves around a corner.

The home also had a grand black piano, a glass bannister and a cosy log fireplace.

Cat often shared videos and photos on Instagram of her cooking in the kitchen with her children.

The room had olive green tiles and white worktops as well as an island in the centre.

The dining room was another stunning room with wooden floors, white walls, a dark wood table, white upholstered dining chairs and a glass door leading out onto a balcony.

The terrace boasted gorgeous views of the famous Beverly Hills skyline and had plenty of outdoor furniture for friends and family to relax.

The home also had its own swimming pool that was surrounded by palm trees and orange sun loungers.

Cat and Patrick now live in London in a wonderful family home that they rented to be closer to friends and family.

The cosy home appears to be spacious with a large, private garden and trampoline.

The home appears to be less modern than their LA pad with sash windows and old brickwork.

At the back of the house is a large conservatory that leads out into the garden.

The living room has a large cream sofa which Cat has decorated with green and grey patterned cushions.

It’s unclear where the home is situated but according to The Sunday Telegraph she lives a “stone’s throw” from St John’s Wood.

The sought-after area of London is known for its celebrity residents with Damian Lewis, Bill Nighy and Kate Moss reportedly having homes there.

Properties in St John’s Wood had an overall average price of £1,724,790 over the last year, according to Rightmove.

The majority of sales in St John’s Wood during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £1,016,808.
